The Garbí restaurant is a family establishment opened in 1976 in Castellar del Vallès (Vallès Occidental). Located in a quiet, industrial and agricultural area with traditions like the Mongeta del Ganxet of Can Casamada. It offers a quality cuisine with seasonal products and farm-to-table dishes. It maintains a selection of traditional dishes called “the all-time classics”.
