Sabadell already has its own variety of onion, a result of the project developed by Fundació Miquel Agustí, responsible for the selection and agronomic characterization work carried out in the last ten years in different farms of Sabadell to find a suitable product for current needs. This onion stands out for its sweetness and quality.
