Sabadell City Council is a neoclassical-style building that was constructed between 1871 and 1872. Its rosy-coloured façade features a tympanum with a clock and four Tuscan-order columns.
This building was constructed between 1871 and 1872. At first, it worked as Escola Pia Sabadell until 1880, when it became a property of the City Council (the city’s maximum governing body), who renovated it and later established in it.
The old schoolyard became the current Sant Roc square, known as the City Council square.
