“Belgues” are a typical sweet of Sabadell elaborated in a completely artisanal way since 1928. Genescà is the name of the confectionery making this recipe, which is transmitted from one generation to another.
“Belgues” are made of 100% fresh ingredients, which are: flour, cream, butter and sugar. They are made daily and they should be eaten during the first five days after buying them.
