In the surroundings of la Salut sanctuary, there is a large area for free time activities, repose, playtime and leisure with a cultural, historic and landscape heritage. This area is called La Salut.
There are two fountains in this place: an old one located at the foot of Canyemeres torrent, and a new one also known as les Tres Fonts and whose water comes from a water network. There are, as well, several trees that stand out for their size, their beauty and their age.
At the end of the 17th century, due to the popularity and the rising concurrency of people visiting this place, it appeared a festivity called Aplec de la Mare de Déu de la Salut de Sant Iscle.
It has been over 300 years since Aplec became the local party par excellence in which the religious sense mixes with the popular and festive feeling. This festivity takes place on the first Monday after the second Sunday of May and it features different activities around La Salut.
